The Daily Three

I remember there being some uproar about the newly designed ball for the last World Cup. Something about the way the ball curved through the air and how it could potentially disrupt the greatest sporting competition known to man. Apparently Adidas wanted to mess things up further this time around and have given us the Jabulani (Zulu for "To Celebrate"). It's been described by some of  footballers in the tournament as "horse shit," "appalling" and has also been equated to a cheap supermarket ball. Good job Adidas. (via Kempt)

This hoodie will make you look like you're in Tron. That's cool. Sometimes its OK to throw your sense of style out the window. Especially if it's for the sake of looking more like Jeff Bridges. And who doesn't want to ride a light cycle? Everyone wants to. Get one step closer with this awesome hoodie. (via LikeCool) And if you go here, you can get a light cycle game for free. It's awesome.

This is actually a post that popped up all over the place just a few weeks ago, but it's an ongoing body of work. Titled "This Is Not a Suit," photographer Adrien Sauvage's project "is a case study of the artist’s ongoing fascination with the internal and external influences that enable individualism." I don't know what the hell that means, but it sounds deep and possible societally relevant. Keep track of this awesome project by following it here.
